Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing Wills, ensuring all documents are signed correctly.
- Handling client interactions in person and over the phone.
- Assisting with Wills administration and identifying any need for specialist advice.
- Supporting marketing and development efforts within the firm.
- Managing working capital control: time recording, billing, and credit control.
Requirements:
- Legal experience or relevant training.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional travel).
