We currently have an exciting role available as a Retail Despatch Administrator supporting our very busy Despatch/Transport Department.

The role will be 37.5 hours Weds – Sat.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing Despatch paperwork throughout the day
  • Distributing Despatch Paperwork to the relevant people/departments
  • Ensuring all administration procedures are carried out correctly
  • Processing daily and forecasted orders
  • Liaising with the Planning department daily
  • Working with the Despatch team to meet customer demands

Qualifications:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Work well to strict deadlines and be able to cope under pressure
  • A good level of English is an advantage but not a necessity
  • Able to work extra hours when required
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Ability to function as part of a team
