Are you an accomplished Mortgage Broker with a keen entrepreneurial mindset? My client is seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team on a self-employed basis as they combine forces with one of the largest, award-winning estate agency brands in the UK.

If you are situated in the West-Midlands and want to take your business to the next level, this is the role for you!

• Realistic OTE of £60k+ in your first year, £80k+ in your second year and growing thereafter
• Qualified leads provided by one of the most esteemed estate agency brands, boasting cutting-edge technology
• Competitive commission splits (DOE)
• Establish yourself in a large regional area with the ability to progress and build a team in the future
• No requirement for an existing pipeline of customers

• Collaborate closely with your estate agency partners for seamless client transactions
• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience
• Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends

• Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction
• MUST be based within the West Midlands area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
