Finance Manager

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for an Interim Finance Manager to join a reputable professional services organisation. The UK Head Office, located in the dynamic heart of Leeds city centre, is seeking a proactive and experienced individual to report directly to the Finance Director.

In your role as the Interim Finance Manager, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with the Finance Director, effectively implementing their ongoing strategies.
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate financial recording and effective financial processes.
• Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasting, utilising your adept financial analysis skills.
• Acting as a liaison for finance queries within the team, fostering effective communication and delivery of financial information.

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Available to commence the role immediately or on short notice.
• Hold appropriate Accountancy qualifications.
• Previous experience in a similar finance management role.
• Evidence of strong leadership skills and excellent financial acumen.
• Prior experience in a contracts-driven industry will be an advantage.

The successful Interim Finance Manager can look forward to:

• A competitive day rate between £300-£350 (PAYE).
• A contract assignment for roughly 6 months.
