- Drafting and prosecuting UK, European and international patent applications
- Advising clients on patent strategy, portfolio management and freedom-to-operate matters
- Conducting oppositions and appeals before the EPO
- Collaborating with clients ranging from start-ups to global corporations
- Supporting business development activities and maintaining client relationships
