Kitchen Porter

HRGO are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter on behalf of our client in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
• Keeping the kitchen and work areas clean and sanitised
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables
• Supporting the kitchen team with any additional tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices

This is an ongoing temporary role starting on Monday 30th September.
