Currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join their team! Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to facilitate the sales process.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their property transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and earning commission for successful property sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
