Responsibilities:
Supporting a number of fee earners on a caseload of social housing litigation claims relating to housing disrepair.Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
Using a case management system.
Analysing legal documentation and reporting on findings.
Preparing cases for trial and instructing counsel.
Adhering to court direction.
Completion and filing of legal documents.
