Job Description- Oversee all tax compliance duties for your clients
- Manage and lead a team of tax professionals
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary submissions
- Ensure the company meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues
- Budget Management
- Keep abreast of changes in tax law and the market to ensure compliance
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the company
- Communicate effectively with clients, HMRC, auditors and other external bodies
- Deliver high-quality, professional, and proactive service to all clients

The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Tax Senior Manager should have:
- An advanced understanding of tax regulations
- Must have UK corporate tax skills
- Must possess a tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA (or an international equivalent)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
