Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Manager (Interims) (L5Z1) to lead our team through a critical transitional phase. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring that all operational goals are met during the interim period.
You will need to harness your leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members, implementing best practices and driving a culture of excellence. This position requires a strong ability to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances while maintaining a clear focus on both short-term and long-term objectives.
Additionally, you will oversee performance metrics, analyze team outcomes, and develop action plans to address challenges as they arise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in team management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will also play a key role in building relationships across the organization to align team goals with company vision. As a Team Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative environment that empowers team members to achieve their fullest potential during this interim period.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team to achieve operational goals during the interim period.
Develop and implement strategies that align with the overall organizational objectives.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and innovation.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by the team promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment of objectives.

Requirements
Proven experience in a team management role, preferably in an interim capacity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in performance metrics and data analysis to drive team success.
Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £32.10
