Job Description
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate will:
- Manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims for NHS Trusts.
- Provide expert advice and representation in complex cases.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
The Successful Applicant
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate should be:
- A solicitor with 1+ years PQE in clinical negligence or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in managing defendant clinical negligence claims.
- Experienced in providing legal advice to healthcare clients.
- Knowledgeable about relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in case management and legal research.
