A reputable small animal practice in Birmingham is actively seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract for maternity cover.
This friendly and collaborative environment is home to a diverse group of veterinary professionals, including certificate holders in surgery and feline medicine, as well as vets currently studying for certificates in dentistry and cardiology.The practice prides itself on providing exceptional patient care, supported by a highly competent nursing team.
The successful candidate will thrive in a team committed to mentorship and professional development, and should be eager to share knowledge and contribute to the collaborative atmosphere.
The practice is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a new ultrasound, digital radiography, flexible and rigid endoscopes, a Companion class IV laser, and in-house Idexx biochemistry and haematology machines. Additionally, they provide specialist abdominal and cardiac ultrasonography in-house through a partnership with Virtual Veterinary Specialists.

The Rota- Ideally 4.5 days per week (open to flexible options)
- 1:4 Saturdays with time off in Lieu
- No OOH!
