My client, an international parts distribution company, is recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead their team across Yorkshire and the North East. You could be from Doncaster, York, Harrogate, Darlington or Hull for example! This role is an excellent opportunity for you to move into a role of responsibility for several areas at a divisional level and manage a group of employees.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Inspire and Lead a team of 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse territory
- Grow the business and drive revenue through account management, customer retention and acquisition.
- Hit targets and ensure your team are too!
- Create and deliver a clear business plan.
- Analyse and improve your team's performance.
What our client is looking for:
- Proven experience in management and sales driving
- String sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and have a great attitude towards doing so.
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent IT skills
The successful Area Sales Manager will receive a package of:
- Basic c.£33,825
- OTE of £49,000
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday ONLY!
