Registered Manager - Residential Home

You will be passionate about the best quality of care and understand the importance of delivering person centred care for their well looked after residents.

• Overseeing the management and operation of the home
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to elderly residents
• Managing staff and ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent care
• Maintaining regulatory compliance with CQC standards and other governing bodies
• Managing the budget and financial aspects of the home
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, and external stakeholders

• Registered Manager with previous experience in care home management
• Strong knowledge and skills in dementia care
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Passion for delivering high-quality care to elderly residents.
