Hours per week: 40 Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2-3 months, likely to be extended
City: Cannock, Staffordshire
Hybrid working – 2 days in the office
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters and administering the on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a point of contact for recruitment and on-boarding enquiries
The role will mainly include interview booking which will involve speak to candidates on the phone and sending out interview confirmations.
Faced paced, requiring a high organized individual with great attention to detail.
Qualifications:
GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent skill level in English and Maths.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.Good communication skills.
Previous administration experience.
Good people management.
Good communication written and verbal.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
