Job Description- Oversee daily treasury operations and maintain cash flow projections
- Implement treasury policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Manage relationships with financial service providers
- Lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as required
- Keep abreast of financial market trends to inform decision-making
The Successful Applicant
A successful Treasury Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure
- A competitive salary ranging between £38,000-£42,000 per annum
