What you'll be doing as Store Manager:
- Take full responsibility for the store's day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
- Inspire, lead, and energise a dedicated team to deliver strong performance
- Drive outstanding customer experiences, ensuring every interaction is delivered with a high level of care, attention, and a tailored approach that feels personal and considered
- Achieve robust commercial performance by maximising sales, delivering key KPIs, and driving overall store profitability
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock control, staffing rotas, compliance, and adherence to health & safety standards
- Develop, support, and coach team members to reach their full potential
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on growth and achievement
- Act as a professional ambassador for the business, consistently reflecting its values, standards, and distinctive brand identity in everything you do
About you:
- You are an accomplished retail leader, already operating at Store Manager level and looking for your next career move
- You have a genuine passion for lifestyle retail, including fashion, interiors, wellness and gifting
- You know how to create an inspiring, positive customer environment even in a busy, high-traffic store
- You lead with confidence, set clear expectations, and motivate your team to consistently deliver strong performance
- You have experience in performance management and have successfully managed high volume headcounts and turnover environments
- This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work early mornings and evenings as part of a fast-paced retail operation
