We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join a thriving construction team working on high-profile envelope cladding projects. With roles specifically targeted towards projects located around Leeds, Nottingham, Sheffield, London, and the South Coast, these positions offer significant career progression and responsibility within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

The company specialises in delivering façade systems, fire remediation, roofing, and curtain wall solutions for live and occupied sites, acting as a principal contractor for commercial and industrial projects nationwide.

• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

• Supervising on-site operations and managing construction activities.
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols on-site.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems and cladding projects.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.
