Project Manager opportunity working on an exciting refurbishment in the Sheffield region
About the role of a Project Manager
This opportunity as a Project Manager is with a Leading Tier 1 main contractor. Reporting to a Operations Manager, you will be responsible from substructures through to interior fit out to handover. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

- Responsible for managing a full site team
- Chairing subcontractor meetings
- Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
- Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
- Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Office/commercial Fitout and refurbishment schemes.
- Experience Working with tier 1 contractors
- Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
- CSCS Black
- NVQ level 6
- Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
- Up to £80k base £5k car allowance
- Pension
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
