Travelling PA (French/English) NEW
This position requires fluency in both French and English, alongside previous experience supporting UHNW individuals, family offices or private households. The successful candidate will provide seamless private and business support whilst travelling extensively throughout Europe and the USA, often at short notice and with frequently changing itineraries.
This role would suit a highly organised, emotionally intelligent and discreet individual who enjoys providing first-class support within a well-established private environment. You will work closely with a wider team of private staff and assistants across multiple locations, whilst also being comfortable working independently and spending periods of time travelling alone.
Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive private and business support to the Principal Full diary management across multiple time zones Inbox management, including prioritising correspondence and drafting responses where appropriate Acting as a gatekeeper for communications and ensuring the Principal remains fully informed Coordinating closely with household staff, private offices and external stakeholders Organising complex international travel, including commercial and private flights, hotels, villas, transfers and drivers Maintaining detailed filing systems, records and confidential documentation Managing personal administration, appointments, reservations, gift sourcing and ad hoc requests Working closely with global PAs and household teams to ensure seamless operations at all times Anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively and ensuring the Principal's life runs smoothly both personally and professionally Maintaining awareness of household and staff dynamics and escalating concerns where appropriate Candidate Profile Fluent French and English, both written and spoken Ideally London-based Italian and/or German would be advantageous Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a UHNW individual, family office or private household Comfortable with extensive international travel, often at short notice Highly discreet, emotionally intelligent and diplomatic Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills Strong communicator with the confidence to liaise effectively at all levels Collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently Naturally proactive, resourceful and solutions-driven Calm, grounded and adaptable under pressure Full driving licence required Salary & Benefits £80,000–£100,000 per annum, depending on experience Extensive international travel Long-term opportunity supporting an UHNW Principal Exposure to a highly international lifestyle and working environment ASR189991
