Pay Rate: £12.54 per hour PAYE
  1. 25 Monday – Friday, normal working hours

This opening assignment is for 2 months

City: COVENTRY

Hybrid working - expected in office 1 day a week At start - would be expected to come into the office to collect equipment, meet the team and train for at least the a few days in the 1st week.

Provide an excellent finance service to your customers and to support the Cashbook team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of accurate information on the financial ledgers for example posting journals, reconciling accounts, and analysing information etc.
Ensure that all information related to income received and payments out of the bank are processed in accordance with agreed timetables and formats.
Providing customers with ongoing support for the business with the cashbook and income processing systems.
Work as part of the team to deliver key performance measures.
Providing accurate information for internal and external auditors.
Establish and maintain great relationships with your internal/external customers, ensuring you understand their needs, business and deadlines.
Provide customers with ongoing support and assistance that meets their requirements.

Demonstrate positive customer focused behaviours.

Qualifications:

AAT student or similar qualification - desirable

Knowledge:

Knowledge of data protection legislation, GDPR and Information Governance

Understanding of data management systems with the ability to interpret, analyse and present data

Experience:

Previous 12 months experience

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills with the ability to meet customer needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
