We have a rewarding opportunity available for a Generalist Caseworker to work with us at Citizens Advice West Oxfordshire. You would deliver advice and casework on all advice areas, but with particular attention on Benefits and Debt/Money Advice.Providing support to our Core service, this role will be line managed by one of our experienced Supervisors. Based in Witney, the role may include visiting some clients at home across West Oxfordshire. Full training can/will be offered.
Professional experience within advice is desirable. The role is truly rewarding as your advice can make a huge difference to people’s lives.
