Our client is looking to recruit a Restructuring/Special Situations Associate between 3-7 years' PQE with debt and debt restructuring experience to join their London office. The role will suit a finance or restructuring lawyer with financing credentials and some experience in special situations and/or distressed debt.
Candidates should have particular experience working on finance agreements, security and intercreditor arrangements in a distressed or special situations context.
The team advises financial institutions, turnaround and insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on strategies for recovery and turnaround.
Our client act for all the major clearing banks as well as a wide variety of other lenders. Further, they also act for specialist lenders and funds lending into distressed and other special situations, including administration funding.
