Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to work in our newly refurbished office in North London. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local authorities, tenants, and landlords
• Handle incoming calls
• Address maintenance issues
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage and set up utilities
• Manage and set up council tax

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with councils, local authorities, or social housing providers
• Strong administrative background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assertive and proactive attitude
