About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be an essential member of a dedicated team, ensuring that the personal care needs of our clients are met with dignity and respect, while also promoting their independence. You will help maintain consistently high standards of care services, assisting clients with various day-to-day activities in their homes.

Reports to: Care Coordinator/Home Care Manager

• Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring that care plans are followed, dignity is respected, and independence is promoted.
• Consistently maintain high standards in the provision of care services.
• Adapt flexibly to meet business requirements as needed.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.
• Access to a car and a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
