Requirements
Individual- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong administration and data entry skills.
- Proactive and motivated.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Knowledge of inbound logistics.
- Freight Forwarding (Ocean, Air, and Road freight).
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely bookings are made with shipping/airlines
- Liaise with freight forwarding partner for any issues/exceptions with inbound shipments
- Pull reports, identify and investigate issues
- Pin point and track priority shipments
- Controlled Import & Export (Air and Sea) documentation collation, including Customs Declarations.
- Awareness and experience with different shipping terms (e.g., FCA, FOB, CIF, etc.)
