Warehouse Operative

• Annual Salary: £26,000 plus out of hours shift allowance

• Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who value growth, teamwork, and recognition for hard work. Our company provides an exceptional work environment where you can make a significant impact every day.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Receive goods and complete necessary documentation.
• Organise incoming stock items and maintain accurate item locations using software.
• Ensure proper order of raw materials according to GMP
• Pick and assemble orders
• Conduct regular stock counts
• Operate a forklift.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues
• Uphold GMP and H&S
• Handle hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Warehouse Operative experience min 1 year
• Experience driving Forklift trucks (out of date licenses considered)
• A continuous work history of 5 years within the last 5 years.
• Gaps of up to 30 days require a character reference; for longer gaps, proof of income is necessary.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with GMP and Good Distribution Practice is desirable
