Lettings Manager vacancy within highly sought after Staffordshire based independent estate and letting agency with superb reputation in the industry as a property agent and employer.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least two years experience in lettings either as an experienced lettings manager or a senior lettings negotiator seeking a move into a managerial role.
The role will involve:
- Overseeing office systems and compliance to include GDPR regulations Registering new tenants and landlords
- Organising and carrying out lettings viewings and valuations
- Passing property management issues to the relevant department
- Some lettings administration
- Business development including working closely with the sales team to gain possible new instructions
