Job Description- Oversee and manage construction costs and budgeting
- Ensure quality control within all construction processes
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- Manage and mitigate risks within the construction department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide reports on project progress and costs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project flow
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Snr QS should have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience in the property industry, particularly in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary
- A competitive salary package in the range of £70,00 - £85,000
- Additional benefits include bonus (up to 25%), pension, and flexible working options
