• Oversee and manage construction costs and budgeting
• Ensure quality control within all construction processes
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
• Manage and mitigate risks within the construction department
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide reports on project progress and costs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project flow
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Snr QS should have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience in the property industry, particularly in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary

• A competitive salary package in the range of £70,00 - £85,000
