NPI Production Engineer

• Support the introduction of new products into the production environment
• Create and observe process controls and procedures to ensure optimal and efficient production
• Provide guidance and support to the production team and operators as needed
• Implement lean initiatives and focus on waste elimination to improve business efficiency
• Review standard work methods and instructions, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct stress testing and post-build reviews to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products

• Previous experience in a similar production position, preferably in an assembly environment
• HND or equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering
• Exposure to lean manufacturing methods and quality methodologies
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with flowline manufacturing is a plus

• Observing and creating process controls and procedures

• £35 - 37k per annum basic starting salary
