Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from existing customers in relation to their insurance products.
You will be dealing with claims and processing from start to finish making sure service level agreements are exceeded.
The role will be working closely with third parties to ensure a smooth process for customers and you will handle any administrative duties required for the department.
