What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
  • Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  • Basic IT knowledge for maintenance record-keeping.
