Location Northampton - Site based
Salary £ 40 000 - £ 50 000 plus package including travel accommodation if required
Summary
A Civil Engineering specialist across a range of industries including Roads Highways Reinforced Concrete Earthworks Enabling works and Wind farms is looking to take in a Health and Safety Advisor to work on a major civils project in Northampton
Ideally the successful candidate will be based within a commutable distance to Northampton however we offer paid accommodation on site if daily travel isn t possible
Seeking someone with- Proven HSEQ Advisory experience in the construction civils sector ideally on large scare infrastructure works
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Knowledge of accident investigations and reporting procedures
- A sound knowledge of CDM ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001
- Ability to adapt ideas and approaches to suit changing priorities or solutions
- Well organised diplomatic proactive assertive and well-disciplined
- Provide HSEQ support to the project
- Assist in the development of documentation including CPP WPPs
- Promoting the awareness of HSEQ issues and activities across the project
- Organisation of investigations into incidents and accidents reporting of conclusions and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain liaison with Clients and Third Parties on HSEQ issues
- HSEQ Manager on developing HSEQ Strategies and maintaining third party accreditations
