Typical Tasks:- Welcoming new visitors and helping them feel at ease.
- Gathering information by completing forms (e.g., new member forms).
- Providing refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits, etc.).
- Engaging with members during visits – being a “Listening Ear.”
- Keeping track of visitors and daily occurrences, including phone calls.
- Managing appointments using our online portal (training provided).
