Lead Commissioning Engineers (Mechanical & EC&I) - Whitehaven

Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week

• HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical subject (Mechanical, HVAC or EC&I)
• 5+ years commissioning experience
• Pre-Ops design knowledge - Desirable
• Nuclear or Defence industry experience - Essential
• Experience in fault finding within a technical, engineering or operational environment
• Experience in setting to work of new systems or processes
• Experience of leading and supervising an engineering or technical group with demonstrable evidence of successful delivery of work

You will direct a team in the delivery of work and ensure activities are delivered in line with the established Start Up, Commissioning and Pre-Operations processes.

You will collaborate with an internal multidisciplined project delivery team and interface with external stakeholders/vendors. You will lead the Commissioning Engineers through the project lifecycle to ensure safe and effective delivery of Start Up, Commissioning and Pre-Operations work scope.
