Westminster- Primary Teaching Assistant role with an immediate start
Primary Teaching Assistant role now available to start ASAP at a welcoming and diverse primary school located in Westminster, Central West London.
Joining the support staff team as a Teaching Assistant, you will be:
- Delivering learning interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Providing a supportive and positive learning environment where students can thrive personally and academically
- Assisting with delivering an exciting and balanced curriculum, ensuring each child is able to access it fully
- Supporting children with SEND within the classroom
- Encouraging development of vocabulary through speech, reading and writing activities
- Helping children to develop their confidence and ensuring they feel valued within an inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
- Working full time - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely and collaboratively with a team of passionate staff to ensure every child's needs are met. This is a full time and ongoing position to last until the end of the academic year, with the chance for it to become permanent in the future too.
