Why we need you:

Due to continued growth in our product offerings, we need a skilled and organised Project Manager to join our Lead PM, taking ownership of the project roadmaps for key features and updates. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our market-leading financial technology.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and methodologies such as Agile
• Track project progress against clear milestones
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and proactively develop solutions so that projects are delivered on time
• Understand how each project fits into the bigger picture in terms of client needs and product delivery plans
• Facilitate communication and foster collaboration across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Provide regular and transparent updates on project status to senior stakeholders
• Assist in developing project management discipline across the business

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years project management experience
• Experience managing technology related projects from inception to completion
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to escalate issues and articulate blockers, explaining implications to overall project delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Ability to write and present clear project status reports, suitable for a technical and non-technical audience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent relationship building and relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
• Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising on quality of work
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Great to haves:

• Experience with building project dashboards
• Knowledge of Hedge Funds / Asset Managers
