Your new role

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Technology Service Analyst to support the Technology Service Manager in delivering high-quality services and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing vendor performance, and managing contracts to support the organisation's technology infrastructure and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key technology suppliers,
  • Managing outsourced services reporting, and monitoring supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support contract negotiations,
  • Manage technology risks and consolidate technology costs,
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams is essential, as is organising and managing technology forums and meetings.
To excel in this role, you need:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management and financial analysis.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Experience in supplier or vendor management within financial services is preferred.
