To handle potential to handle gas warrant applications in the Magistrates' Court.
Providing legal advice to the Asset Management Team.
Minimum 2 years of experience in legal services, ideally with housing disrepair cases.

ROLE: Housing Litigation ParalegalLOCATION: East LondonRATE: £20 to £30 per hour LTDCONTRACT: Initial 3 month with scope for extension1 day office attendance per week required.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage a caseload of pre-action disrepair cases under the Housing Conditions Protocol.To handle potential to handle gas warrant applications in the Magistrates' Court.
Providing legal advice to the Asset Management Team.
To support the Civil Litigation team under the supervision of the Principal Lawyer.
Requirements:
LLB Degree or equivalent, or CILEX Trainee Lawyer funded by HRA.Minimum 2 years of experience in legal services, ideally with housing disrepair cases.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
