We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety within our operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering expertise, combined with a passion for continuous improvement and a drive to implement effective solutions that maximize productivity.

You will work closely with various teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance overall operational performance.

• BSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools and methodologies for process analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for process improvement initiatives.

Benefits

Salary: £37,000 to £43,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week, work pattern: 4 ½ days, Mon – Thurs 7:45 to 16:30, Fri 7:45 to 11:45
