Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic NPD (New Product Development) Graduate to join our innovative Technical team. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in developing new potato products, from concept through to launch, supporting product innovation and continuous improvement across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with formulation and product development trials under the guidance of experienced NPD professionals.
- Support sensory testing, shelf life assessments, and quality evaluations.
- Contribute to the documentation and reporting of development projects.
- Help coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Technical, Production, and Marketing teams.
- Participate in research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.
- Gain practical experience in food science and product development.
- Develop knowledge of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Build skills in project management, communication, and technical reporting.

- Recent graduate or final year student in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related discipline.
- Passion for new product development and food innovation.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
