We are currently seeking registered Pharmacy Technician to work on-site in a General Practice in Durham. The Role Undertake medicine reconciliations of patient record Prescribe in line with the practice protocols Update patient records, support medicine reviews and synchronization for groups of patients i.e., care homes Improve patients' safe use of medicines Help patients to get the best from their medicines by switching the medications to agreed and approved protocols Carry out prescribing audits and medicines safety alerts Support with Structured Medications Review The Skills To join our team, you will have 6 months minimum of experience in working in a general practice as a registered Pharmacy Technician.
