What you will be doing?:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the purpose of this role is to provide a first-class HR administration service across the organisation.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the administration of the full life cycle of the employee journey, with the focus of customer satisfaction at the centre of all tasks and processes, and work to targets and deadlines defined by work-plans and standards as agreed with the HR Business Partner.

A key aspect of the role is managing the HR information systems and employee data bases and ensuring information is accurately recorded, controlled and processed. Developing and maintaining reports is a key task required to fulfil this role

In line with the implementation of the overall HR People Strategy and annual objectives, you will work in close partnership with the wider team and other key stakeholders to ensure the HR function delivers a quality service to our employees for their complete employee life cycle.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

Essential
  • A keen interest in Human Resources
  • Ability to prioritise tasks accordingly in a fast-paced environment
  • An organised and meticulous approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data Analysis Experience
  • Good written English
  • Strong communications skills – both written and oral
Desirable
  • Previous experience of working in an Administration role
  • Experience of using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the drug and alcohol field
  • Previous experience of working in the not-for-profit sector

Qualifications

Essential
  • A willingness to learn about Human Resources and work towards a qualification
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
Desirable
  • Certificate in Administration
  • Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources
