Business Manager
Our client, a global leader in Insurance, is looking for a Business Manager to directly support their CEO.

As a global leader in insurance, this organisation provides comprehensive solutions in international health, life insurance, travel coverage, automotive, and assistance services across 75 countries.
About the role:
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO of the UK & Ireland business, working closely with other Senior Executives and stakeholders within the business. This is a very broad role, providing you with great exposure to senior management and to a wide variety of cross-functional business topics including strategy, sales, financial, operational and people.
You will provide direct support to the CEO on a range of strategic and executive matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare executive meetings, capture decisions/actions and follow up on items
- Report on progress of important initiatives, whilst ensuring coordination across business units/functions to deliver these projects (escalating matters as needed)
- Ensuring strategic initiatives and decisions are led to completion
- Collecting and collating data from business stakeholder to produce reports
- Report on progress of projects to the Executive Team
- Represent the CEO in meetings
- Support in the preparation of high-quality materials for presentations/meetings
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in South London/2 days from home.
About you:
You will be a proactive self-starter, with 5+ year's experience in a relevant area (such as board support, business administration, project management, senior executive administration etc).
You will be good at building relationships with a range of stakeholders and have excellent writing skills.
