Are you currently looking for a part time role to suit your schedule?Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant? Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working with a well-known organisation in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, who are looking to recruit a part time Accounts Assistant into their team (3 days per week).

As the business continues to be a leader in their field, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Assistant who is either currently or looking to study, ideally CIMA/ACCA. What will you be doing? Assist with the weekly production of the accountsProducing key details for the weekly packReviewing costs and explaining variances to stakeholders across the business, in a meaningful and easy to understand wayCreating weekly and monthly journalsBusiness partnering with Operations to ensure they are aware of the cost of their driversReviewing of weekly operations trackers and liaising with Operations to resolve any discrepanciesBalance sheet reconciliationsRaising purchase orders and liaising with external suppliersThe Accounts Assistant will deal with ad hoc queries What skills are we looking for?
