Salary Range: £42,192 - £49,638

Location: Hybrid working with up to three days working in the office (Wandsworth Town and Twickenham) per week.

Richmond and Wandsworth Council is seeking a skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our Culture and Leisure Division. This role is crucial in providing data and intelligence analysis to support the running and transformation of culture and leisure services, including leisure facilities, museums, libraries, parks, and playgrounds.
About the role
The Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in evidencing the impact and success of these services. Responsibilities will include:
- Lead data and intelligence analysis, enhancing monitoring with automated solutions.
- Develop strategies for data-enabled decision-making.
- Create and manage dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address data needs.
- Work with teams to improve data quality and validation.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
We are looking for a person who:
- Is experienced in data and intelligence analysis and importantly is happy to work independently rather than as part of a large data team.
- Is proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI, R, Python).
- Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Can work collaboratively with stakeholders from a wide variety of backgrounds.
