Role – Working Maintenance Supervisor
Location – This role will be covering Port Talbot, Cardiff and Brecon areas
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £35,000 per annum

Orbis Education and Care is seeking a dynamic candidate for the position of Working Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Estates Team.
In this role, you will be tasked with supervising a team of up to 12 members, ensuring they receive proper training and coaching to excel in their roles. Your responsibility extends to maintaining the quality of work performed by your team and coordinating skilled workers for specific tasks
Responsibilities of the Working Maintenance Supervisor:- To coach, train and support your team and complete supervisions.
- To make sure all working activities completed by your team are in accordance with company health and safety systems and HSE legislation.
- Be the direct support for all estate managers.
- To be on call when necessary.
- Complete reports using specialised software on all work carried out.
- Maintain open and direct communication with the estate managers and all relevant teams.
- Experience of managing a team within a similar role.
- Ability to track and submit accurate time sheets.
- Previous experience using field maintenance software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to carry out inspections and report for final approval.
- CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
Due to the nature of our sector, a DBS will be required.
