The Imperial Hotel Llandudno
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in our award winning 2 AA Rosette Chantreys Restaurant to assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the Chantrey’s Restaurant, whilst helping to develop the team into a trained, proactive and focused department, with a friendly customer orientated manner.
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Ensuring high levels of customer care at all times.
Main duties include:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in effectively managing the team working within the restaurant and maintaining the two Rosette standards.
- Assist in the day to day running of the department
- Assist in improving standards and procedures within the department, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist in training and development of all staff within the department
- Help to ensure that appropriate standards are consistently maintained, through training and development
- Liaise closely with the Restaurant Manager to support and assist in any activities to further the Restaurant or manage the team
