Our client, a 5-star hotel near Bracknell, are looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Service Manager to join their team.
Job Overview- To ensure the smooth running of all services following the company standards and procedures.
- Ensure the exceptional service of Afternoon Tea and all day dining
- To create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members to achieve the required standards, therefore meeting and exceeding the guests' expectations in terms of quality of product and service

Key Responsibilities- Manage and implement a training and development system to ensure the team meets required standards and grows in their roles.
- Ensure exceptional service and product quality are consistently delivered in
- Keep the department organized and ensure timely, accurate administration, including assisting with stock control and ordering when needed.
- Maintain a strong presence in the department and engage with guests to exceed their expectations.
- Support the well-being of the team, addressing areas needing attention with the superior.
- Help the team achieve financial targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Strive to meet targets, ensuring ongoing training and on-the-job learning.
- Lead by example, motivating and coaching the team to perform at their best daily.
- Step in as deputy during the superior's absence, overseeing opening/closing of the department.
- Adhere to health, safety, fire, and security regulations, and ensure certificates are up to date.
- Be flexible to perform other tasks as required and adjust working hours to meet hotel needs.
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent
- 5 star hotel experience
- Previous similar experience
- Food and wine knowledge
- Commercial and Business awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Leadership, Influencing and Training skills
- Complaint handling/Problem solving
