The role will also be responsible for Chairing the Group Audit Committee of the Trust.
You will be required to work up to 5 days per month.
You will have an important part to play in forging strong links with the Council of Governors. The Council is responsible for holding the NEDs to account, both individually and collectively, for the performance of the Board.
You will also be a qualified accountant to Chair the Group Audit Committee.
You will have expertise in managing change in complex situations, an ability to bring partners together to achieve common goals, and a clear and demonstrable commitment to living and leading to our Trust values: Kindness | Openness | Excellence.
